Goody
Bags
Please bring goodies for 150 Aggies. Suggestions include: pens, pencils,
hi-liters, note pads, candy, gum, crackers, chips, ramen noodles, dry
drink mixes, cookies (use your imagination). If you haven’t found
someone to team up with and share the expense, contact Valerie Sheppard
at 944-4946. You will need to pick up your own Aggie’s goody bag
or arrange for a friend to pick it up. Bags that are left at the meeting
will be donated to Meals for the Elderly or the Children’s Shelter.
We will be wrapping cookbooks with Christmas wrapping paper to be sold
at the Winter Craft Fair in College Station Dec. 5-6. Come a little early
and bring your scissors and scotch tape to help out with this project.
Also bring your spare change to donate towards our “Aggie Moms
Helping Hands” fund dedicated to Aggie Jess McMullen, a member of
the Corps of Cadets. Jess is from Ozona and lost his mother on 8-17-02
in a car accident. Our club will be sending special Aggie Mom gifts this
year to encourage Jess through this difficult school year.
P.S.
A special thanks to Mayfield Paper Company for their donation of “Goody
Bags” to be used at this meeting.
